Courses take place in any weather. Not attended courses will not be refunded.

We cannot wait for latecomers at a meeting point in Geneva. No refund is allowed if an activity is missed due to late arrival.

No. For organisational and follow-up reasons, it is not possible to replace a missed lesson in another camp.

With cancellation insurance and on presentation of a medical certificate, missed lessons will be refunded on a pro rata basis. Without any cancellation insurance, missed lessons will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Up to 60 days before the start of the first course/outing: 1full refund (free of charge, no proof needed)
• Up to 30 days before the start of the first course/outing: full refund (free of charge) with medical certificate
• From 29 days before the start of the first course/outing, NO refund (even in case of illness, accident or force majeure) is allowed if the cancellation insurance is not taken out at the booking.

Family/quantity discounts

• Family: -10% for all family members living at the same address
• Quantity: -10% as of 2 simultaneous registrations for the same season

Family/quantity discounts cannot be cumulated..

In certain cases, the invoice for the courses of the Swiss Ski School of Geneva can be deducted from your income.

“An amount of up to CHF 25’000 per child cared for by a third party is deducted from income if the child is under 14 years of age and lives in the same household as the taxpayer providing care, and if the care costs, which are documented, have a direct causal link with the taxpayer’s gainful activity, training or earning incapacity.”

Some Communes have introduced sports vouchers or other subsidies for sports lessons. Don’t hesitate to contact your Mairie for more information.
